Very low, low, medium, high and critical show how serious the warning signs are. They are not a percentage chance of fraud. Some serious signs raise the level even when the total is lower.

It lists the search terms, the source and the pages found. RIVA hides pages that do not mention the name you searched. Open each page yourself and check its date before you rely on it.

No. It is a lead. The page may be old, or about a different business with a similar name. Read it, check the date, and look for more than one source.

RIVA reads the link's address, runs its own checks on it, and searches the web for the brand in the link. The search keeps only pages that mention that brand, so a link to one shop is not confused with other businesses.

No. RIVA checks the address and the public search results. Do not enter details on a page you reached from a message until you have typed its address yourself.

Prices are shown in US dollars. You pay the naira equivalent at checkout, through Paystack. Pro and Premium renew each month until you cancel from your account page.

Once approved, buyers who check your business name see your registered details next to their results, and the account check flags a seller who gives a bank account in someone else's name. Registration is free on every plan. It is reviewed by hand before anything is shown.

Yes. Listing is optional. You can switch it off at any time from your account page.
